You can cancel via the "Subscription Services" link inside the members area or by
4) When I try to login I get a "Pennywize" page.
This could be caused by one of two things, either our security software has
detected your account being used in multiple locations (which we don't allow)
or you have gone over our daily download limit. If you have gone over our download limit
your account will automatically be reactivated within 24 hours (usually quicker).
If your account has not been reactivated after 24 hours please contact us via the helpdesk
including your username and we will reactivate it for you.
